The Deva 022 USB lighting controller
is a complete machine vision lighting solution incorporating
a 64 LED light ring and two auxilliary outputs.
LED intensity and angle direction can be
individually controlled by the Deva 022 to enhance key features
and edges on a subject, which in turn allows faster and more
accurate measurements.
The two auxilliary outputs are connected
via 2.5mm DC jack sockets and provide intensity control of
up to 4 LEDS from one auxilliary and 12 LEDS from the other.
The outputs may be used with the optional
022-BL1 Backlight and 022-TL1 through lens light.
This plug 'n' play device is supplied with
drivers compatible with Windows 98, 2000, XP and ME.
Once installed a comprehensive control panel
is available from the system tray providing access to all
device facilities.
The Deva 022 is supported by Aberlink 3D
and Quadra-Chek QC5000/QC300 measurement software.
